Garrick Neal Fox
I have been practicing law since my graduation from Stetson Law School in 1973. As a former state prosecutor, and a Senior Attorney with the state of Florida, I became intimately familiar with the inner workings of the court system. I am also admitted to practice law in Texas.
I practice exclusively in 3 areas:
The first is divorce and family law. I have successfully dealt with issues of property distribution, alimony, and children’s issues such as child custody, child support and time sharing, residency requirements, relocation, and post dissolution modifications.
The second is criminal law. I have successfully handled jury trials in first degree murder, drunk driving, federal white collar crimes and drug offenses from simple possession to federal drug importation cases.
The third area is foreclosure defense. In today's economic climate, many people are losing their homes to foreclosure. My goal is to help you save your home.
